We offer a full range of medical and non-medical in-home care services throughout Gwinnett, Hall, Fulton, and Coweta counties.
How do I know if my loved one needs in-home care?
There are a variety of warning signs that care at home is needed to ensure safety and overall wellbeing. Note any changes in behavior, such as ignoring favorite hobbies, missing dates with friends, or forgetting to pay bills, for instance; and contact us with any other concerns you’re noticing. A consultation with your loved one’s medical doctor is often invaluable to help assess care needs. And, we can provide a free in-home consultation to assist in determining if in-home care is right for your senior loved one.
What kind of services do you provide?
Our care team includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs and PCAs – meaning we can meet a full range of both medical and non-medical care services. Examples include:
SKILLED NURSING: Visiting nurses, medication setup and administration, insulin injections, wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, ostomy/colostomy care, and more.
NON-MEDICAL: Companionship, bathing and dressing, exercise, grocery shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal preparation, oral and personal hygiene, respite care, transportation, and specialized care for Alzheimer’s, dementia, cancer and more.
How quickly can I arrange for service?
We’re available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can typically begin services within one day.
Do you require a minimum of hours and days a week in order to provide care?
In order to provide the highest quality care, we require a minimum of four hours of service per week.
What are my payment options for home care services?
We accept private pay, Medicaid, and some insurance plans. Contact us for assistance in determining what payment options are available in your particular situation.
Are your home care services covered through Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance?
Our services are covered by Medicaid as well as United Health Care.
Is your agency licensed?
We are fully licensed by the State of Georgia. Our license number is 067_R_067.
Are your caregivers insured and bonded?
All of our caregivers are fully bonded and covered by professional liability insurance and worker’s compensation.
How are your caregivers screened?
We provide an in-depth screening of our caregivers that includes a criminal background check as well as a driver’s license check.
What kind of training do your caregivers receive?
Our caregivers are all CNAs and PCAs who receive additional training and testing twice per year.

Are your services available in nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
We are pleased to provide assistance to seniors wherever home is, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
What if my caregiver is sick and cannot make it to my house?
We staff a floating caregiver, who is highly trained and dedicated to serve in instances when a primary caregiver is unavailable.
